Lee Neugebauer joined Simonds Electric in the summer of 2024. A standout athlete, Lee graduated from Saint Thomas More High School as an all-star athlete. He is currently studying at Miles City Community College while continuing to play baseball.

In his spare time, Lee enjoys golfing, hunting, and spending time with friends.

Aaron is currently in his fourth year as an apprentice electrician, entering his fifth year of experience in the trade and with Simonds Electric. He is preparing to take his journeyman exam later this year. Aaron is dedicated to maintaining a strong work ethic and providing exceptional customer service on every job. In his spare time, he enjoys collecting LEGO sets and spending time with friends and family.

Bryce is a Journeyman Electrician with 11 years in the trade. He is dedicated to delivering high-quality electrical work and takes great pride in every project he undertakes. Committed to continuous improvement, Bryce strives to expand his skills and stay current with industry standards and best practices.

Outside of work, he values time with his wife, four children, and extended family, and enjoys ice fishing during the winter months and following football throughout the season

Allen Leland is a dedicated journeyman electrician whose craftsmanship and work ethic reflect his passion for building things that last. A devoted husband to his wife Elaine and proud father of two boys, Allen finds joy in spending his weekends improving their home—one project at a time. Whether he’s rewiring his 50s home, fixing up the yard, or teaching his sons how to use a tool, Allen brings the same care and precision to his family life that he does to his trade.

Guided by his faith in Jesus Christ, Allen strives to live with integrity, humility, and purpose. He loves the outdoors, the satisfaction of a job well done, and the simple joy of making his home and community better each day.

I’m a family-oriented person who enjoys spending time outdoors. Whether it’s hunting, fishing, hiking, or camping, I love connecting with nature and making memories with my loved ones. I grew up involved in Cub Scouts and football, and I still bring that same teamwork and dedication into everything I do.

One of my goals is to visit every national park across the country.
